Currently October

October is one of my favorite months of the year! Thanks Farley from Oh, Boy 4th Grade for this cute monthly reflection.

Listening to Dire Staits... If you have not, please take a listen for yourself at this instrumental medley that whisks me back to childhood rides in the jeep with my dad and brothers.
Loving...October! The month that to me is the heart of all things Fall.

Thinking about presents for my new niece. Ok girl clothes are too darn cute! I am having the hardest time picking out the perfect presents for my new niece to be...

Wanting... Starbucks Toasted Graham Latte. No luck. This highly photographed instagram drink is not available by me. I am wanting to try this treasure, but am waiting on Starbucks to send it to the suburbs outside of Chicago. Get on that Starbucks...PLEASE.

Needing... more weekend. I propose an adoption of three day weekends every week. Is it Columbus Day yet?

Boo-tiful... New haircuts. Ready to get me hair did on Tuesday. This always makes me feel boo-tiful... unless you count that time that dad cut inches off my hair instead of a trim. It just kept getting shorter. :)

Have a fantastic October everyone!

  3. That drink sounds so yummy! I am going to have to see if I can get it at my local Starbucks. I'm always up for trying a new flavor. I love that you are a Boston sports fanatic- so am I! Are you from the Boston area? It's a great place to live!

  5. I think that 3 day weekends should be the standard! I just got my hair cut as well-I only do it twice a year, so I go short when I do! Enjoy your pampering time!

  6. I feel you - I love having my hair done, just makes you feel 100x more better in yourself again, there's just something about a good hairdresser! I would LOVE 3 day weekends, that would just be pure bliss and I might actually be able to get my to do list to go down a few pages!
